Elan Valley Bothy

Since the damming of the upper Elan Valley this isolated cottage which sits just above the eastern side of Craig Goch reservoir has been somewhat difficult to reach. Until recently a roofless ruin, it has recently (in 2013) been renovated by the Elan Valley Estate and is now a bothy. If peace is your thing, this place would be hard to beat.
