Laugharne, Carmarthenshire
The foreshore at Laugharne is tidal saltmarsh on the estuary of the River Taf. The River Coran - more a stream really - meets the river here. At low tide it's a muddy channel with a trickle of water in the middle, but as the tide comes in it fills up, providing access for small boats.
