Penderyn, Rhondda Cynon Taff
The striking brass inset in slate nameplate of the Penderyn distillery, in the village of the same name, near Hirwaun at the top of the Cynon Valley. The Welsh whisky Company is thought to be the smallest distillery in the world, and is the only whisky distillery in Wales.
