Church of St David, Llanddewi Brefi

Standing in the centre of the village is the Church of Dewi Sant [Saint David]. The mound on which the church stands is said to be the site of one of St David's most famous miracles: at a church debate he was finding it difficult to make himself heard, so he placed a cloth on the ground, and it rose to form a mound from which he could address the meeting.
