Roch Castle dates from the 13th Century, when it was built by Adam de Rupe, a member of a family which played an important role in the settlement in Pembrokeshire of the English. It is now owned by the Griffiths-Roch Foundation which was set up by and endowed by Keith Griffiths - originally from St Davids in Pembrokeshire - to purchase, restore and operate significant historic buildings.
